Power Ranch Exterior Painting Rules
Power Ranch Paint Colors – For Power Ranch homeowners who would like to re-paint the exterior of their homes, you should be aware that all proposed changes must be submitted to the Design Review Committee for approval and no work may begin without the approval of the committee. In addition, there are several guidelines that must be adhered to when you think about the colors and materials of any change to the exterior of your house.
1. The architectural design of any and all additions, alterations and renovations to the exterior of an existing home must conform to the design of the original home in style, detailing, materials and color.
2. All materials used must be consistent with the original construction materials, including color, composition, and type.
3. Walls shall be stuccoed and/or painted to match the home on the interior sides and the common community wall on the exterior sides. Walls must be painted to match the house if they are visible from the common area.
4. Wrought iron must match existing wrought iron both in style and color used by the Builder or Declarant in the Neighborhood in which the lot is located.
