Ocotillo Exterior Painting Rules
Here is an overview of Ocotillo painting rules and Colors – Any change in the exterior color of any structure located on a parcel or lot including the house, trim, stucco walls and entry gates is not permitted without the prior written approval of the Ocotillo Design Review Board (ODRB). Approved color schemes for your subdivision are available at the management company’s office. Original and existing house colors must also be submitted for approval to verify paint manufacturer, color and update the Member’s lot file. Identical or similar exterior paint colors (as solely determined by the ODRB) are not permitted next to each other. There is no charge for original house color submittals. It is a requirement of the CC&RS that a Member obtain written ODRB approval prior to any exterior painting.
