Exterior House Painting Rules in Agritopia – Gilbert, AZ
I recently did some research on the rules for exterior painting in the Agritopia community in Gilbert, AZ. In a nutshell, homeowners MUST have prior written approval of the architectural design committee. Exterior finish colors for all surfaces that will be visible from neighboring property must be selected from a color palette that is compatible with the style of the home and/or the original design intent as outlined in the Architectural Rules – “Design Guidelines”. Any change of exterior color, including body or trim colors, must have prior approval of the Committee.
Approval from the Committee to paint your home the original colors is not required, if painting utilizes the original color scheme of your home. If those colors are no longer available, or if a color change is desired, then the desired paint colors must be submitted to the Committee for approval.
