Dobson Ranch Exterior Painting Rules
Dobson Ranch Paint Colors – We’ve researched the rules for painting the exterior of your Dobson Ranch home and found that any repainting, redecorating or other change of an exterior surface will require the review and approval of the Architectural Committee. Any repainting of an existing non-conforming color must be approved by the committee and the re-paint color selected taken from the Dobson Ranch Color Code (DRCC) to bring the project into compliance. Colors must be generally compatible with the other buildings in the neighborhood. All color schemes for exterior surfaces will be taken from the DRCC, which consists of a color palette range for each designated area of the Dobson Ranch. This color range includes base and trim colors compatible with the architectural style, age, theme and other factors associated with the subdivision. The color scheme of your residence, base and trim, may not be extended to include the fence unless approval is expressly given by the committee. A copy of the DRCC is available at the business office and recreations centers for color selection. All plans and specifications have to include the detail of the exterior color scheme, including all exterior surfaces and roofs.
